62.5% ABV ⁄ 2+ years. Our single barrel cask strength, unfiltered straight bourbon fermented, distilled, and aged in-house. This release is only 26 months old but exhibits more maturity than the age implies. Made from Illinois-grown grains including 60% corn, 15% wheat, 15% rye, and 10% barley. This barrel was privately selected by Col. Steve Akley for the ABV barrel shop
