Does Old Herald have Gluten Conscious Options?

We have a handful of menu items that can become gluten conscious when altered.

For instance, we carry a bun that is free of gluten, so certain smash burgers and sandwiches (that do not contain gluten in their other toppings) can swap to this bun and become gluten conscious. 

Also, for our starters served with pita bread for dipping, you can substitute that out for carrots and celery. 

Please note that we do not have a designated fryer for gluten conscious items... yet.

Does Old Herald have Vegetarian Options?

We have a handful of menu items that are vegetarian by nature or can also become vegetarian when altered.

For instance, you can order our Mediterranean Wrap or Spinach Artichoke Dip which are already vegetarian. You can also remove any animal protein from a salad or sandwich. 

Please note that our fryers contain tallow.

Does Old Herald have Vegan Options?

We have a handful of menu items that can become vegan when altered.

For instance, you can order our Mediterranean Wrap without the Feta Cheese. You can also remove any animal protein or dairy from a salad or sandwich. 

If you find an alteration you'd like to make, but the bun is not vegan friendly, ask for our wrap or the gluten conscious bun, both of which are plant-based.

Please note that our fryers contain tallow.

Do you offer a buffet or brunch on Sundays?

We no longer offer a buffet or a full brunch on Sundays. However, we do have a handful of specialty brunch menu items on Sundays only. Please visit our menu for more details. 

Do you offer a Kids Menu?

Yes, we do have options for kids 12 and under.

Are Pets Allowed?

Yes, we allow pets on the patio and must be on a leash. Please be considerate of other guests.  

We have dog bowls and sell our house-made dog treats made from our spent grains.

The health code prohibits pets from entering inside. Exceptions include proper documentation for a service animal.

Do You Sell Wine?

We are not licensed to produce or sell wine. We can only sell the craft beer & spirit products that we produce on-site. 

Do I have Permission to Bring In My Own Celebratory Bottle of Wine? Is there a Corkage Fee?

Yes, you may bring in a celebratory bottle of wine. There will be a Corkage Fee for each bottle of wine opened. The wine must be properly sealed upon entry and must be opened and served by a member of the Old Herald staff. 

Do I have Permission to Bring In My Own Celebratory Cake / Dessert? Is there a Cakeage Fee?

Yes, you may bring in a celebratory dessert. There will be a Cakeage Fee. The dessert must be properly sealed upon entry and must be opened and served by a member of the Old Herald staff.
